Asian University of Bangladesh uses the semester system. There are three semesters in an academic year. Each semester is of 4 months' duration.The semesters are spring, summer and fall.The students are required to fulfill the university admission requirement in addition to the UGC guidelines. The admission forms and relevant information can be collected from the Admissions Office in the main building. Completed applications together with required documents should be submitted to the Admission Office as per deadlines.
For students who have undergone SSC and HSC examinations, the minimum requirements for under- graduate admissions are as follows:
Applicants with equivalent results from other examinations are also considered for admission. Some programs may have additional requirements, which can be found in the description of that program in this catalog.
Admission into postgraduate programs require, in general, a related bachelor degree. However, entry requirements for postgraduate programs may vary from program to program. Refer to the program descriptions in this catalog for further information.
